2. Booking and Reservations

• Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from Newshotelsus.

• Identification: Guests are required to provide valid identification upon check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date, or no-shows, will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

• Early Check-In: Requests for early check-in are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Payment Policy

• Payment Methods: Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, or cash at the time of check-in.

• Pre-Payment: Full payment is required upon arrival if not already pre-paid.

6. Room Occupancy

• Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy per room is based on room type and cannot exceed the specified number of guests.

• Children Under 6: Children under the age of 6 can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

8. Non-Smoking and No Pets Policy

• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.

9. Liability and Damages
